Vendor Information

The 2018 Illinois Skyward User Group Conference is October 29-30, 2018 at the Peoria Civic Center, Peoria, IL. The annual conference draws a variety of participants in varying roles ranging from secretaries to teachers to superintendents and from schools who run or are considering running the Skyward Student and/or Business Management software. Typically there are close to 600 participants representing over 100 districts from throughout the State of Illinois and Missouri.

Vendors are invited to purchase a sponsorship at the conference. A variety of packages are available.

Supporting Sponsorship - $250 - Listing in conference program and 1 sheet 8.5x11” vendor-provided flyer/brochure inserted in participant bag.

Basic Sponsorship - $500 - Listing in conference program. Booth including 8’ table with skirt and two chairs, wireless internet access. 1 conference registration

Session Sponsorship - $800 - Basic Sponsorship along with 1 additional conference registration (2 total) and 1 conference session presentation

Full Sponsorship - $1000 - Session Sponsorship. Free full page black and white ad in conference program. Logo placement on conference cover

Additional registrations - $250 each
Electrical outlet in booth - $15
B/W Ad in conference program - $200 full page, $100 half-page

All vendor sponsorship forms must be received with payment by September 17, 2018. Booth selection will be available on a first come basis and subject to change at the discretion of the conference committee.
